GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE
These conditions of sale (CGV) are concluded on the one hand by the company MC CREATIONS, whose head office is located at 58 place Louis Pasteur 40150 Hossegor, registered in the Dax trade and companies register under number: 502 749 419 hereinafter “L’Atelier des Dames” and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.latelierdesdames.fr hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between L'Atelier des Dames and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site www.latelierdesdames.fr , whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. Thus, the acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by L'Atelier des Dames. L'Atelier des Dames reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPOSED GOODS
The products offered are those which appear on the website of the online store www.latelierdesdames.fr
These products are offered while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a description and the photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors and materials.
The prices appearing in the catalog are prices inclusive of tax in euros. L'Atelier des Dames reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include order processing, transport and delivery costs.
The online sale of products presented on the site is also open to international buyers.
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of the right to rely on one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions. The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order and the delivery time.
Once the package has been sent to the delivery service, the latter undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days of dispatch. If the package is not received on the date indicated by the seller or within this 30-day period, the customer whose package is lost may request termination of the contract (article L. 216-2 of the Consumer Code): the seller is obliged to return the products, make a credit or refund within 14 days of the request.
Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs.
Secure payment by card: after having recorded their billing and delivery details, the buyer chooses to pay for their order by card, they must choose their type of card from the logos (CB, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, etc.) displayed . After having validated your order, a link is then created with the payment server of the BPACA bank, a space which manages the different stages of the transaction according to a secure exchange protocol encrypting the information (SSL: Secure Socket Layer).
All elements of the L'Atelier des Dames site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of L'Atelier des Dames. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or even use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound.
ARCHIVE – PROOF
L'Atelier des Dames will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, thus constituting a faithful copy, in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. The computerized records of L'Atelier des Dames will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
These conditions of online sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, therefore, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Dax, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.

All items for sale on our site are in stock. All our orders are shipped from our warehouses within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday) following your order. The deadlines indicated are the deadlines announced by our carriers, in working days.
We ask you not to receive a damaged package (packaging showing visible traces of opening and/or deterioration): you must refuse it. Indeed, packages leaving our offices are always impeccable, and must be delivered to you in this condition. If a damaged package has been placed in your mailbox or your caretaker has received it, the package is considered “accepted as is”. If no reservation has been expressed, we will not be able to take into account possible disappearances or provide compensation.
DELIVERY BY COLISSIMO (STANDARD)
The tracked colissimo is delivered by La Poste in 2 to 5 working days. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is therefore important to be precise about your delivery address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. In case of absence, the postman leaves you a calling card, indicating the conditions for collecting your package (location and deadlines). Processing times are generally 15 days. Deadlines: the package leaves our premises one or two working days following order confirmation. For orders placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.
DELIVERY BY CHRONOPOST (EXPRESS)
The Chronopost is delivered by La Poste or its subcontractors on the working day following the day of the order. It is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. It is therefore important to be precise about your delivery address. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. In case of absence, the postman leaves you a calling card, indicating the conditions for collecting your package (location and deadlines). Processing times are generally 15 days.
Deadlines: the package leaves our premises one or two working days following order confirmation.
Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day, after 1 p.m. they will be shipped the next day.
For orders placed on Friday, the package will be shipped on Monday.
You can also choose to collect your order for free from one of our 3 points of sale, Bordeaux, Hossegor and Biarritz.
All our orders are prepared in our stores within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday) following your order.
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready.
It is imperative to specify when ordering in which store you wish to collect your order.
You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return costs are your responsibility.
We will reimburse you the amount paid for the acquisition of the item excluding shipping costs.
For any returns, please tell us your Name/First name as well as the subject of the return.
