Do you systematically send invoices in the package?
We do not put the invoice in the package but we can send it to you by email directly. To do this, please send a message to this email address: contact@latelierdesdames@gmail.com.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. The delivery time then depends on the delivery method chosen. Orders to be collected in store are generally ready the same day, but wait for the store to confirm availability. All personalized jewelry must first be sent to the store before you can collect it.
I am missing a product / I have not received a product / I have not received the correct product / There is an error in my order

Returns and Refunds
I would like to make a return. How to do ?
Please let us know in the contact form if you would like a return, credit or refund.
Do I have to pay transport costs for my return?
As stipulated in the General Conditions of Sale , return costs are your responsibility.
Warranty and after-sales service
My jewelry is broken. Can I have it repaired or exchanged?
The chains are guaranteed for two years but have a much longer lifespan if you respect the maintenance precautions. If, however, you encounter a problem with your L'Atelier des Dames jewelry, we will find a solution together.
Delivery
What are the delivery methods?
Colissimo (2 to 4 days), Chronopost (next day delivery for all orders placed before 1 p.m.), Collection in store (immediately if available in store).
How to track my order ?
You receive notifications by email or telephone. Check your spam carefully, otherwise contact our after-sales service.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to France and overseas territories, Europe and the United States. If you wish to order from another country contact us.

I don't know my ring size / I can't imagine the size of the jewelry
Most of our rings, cuffs and bangles are adjustable .
How can I care for my jewelry? My leather products?
When you are not wearing your jewelry, store them separately in the cotton pouch we provide. If, however, you encounter a problem with your L'Atelier des Dames jewelry, do not hesitate to contact us, we will find a solution together.
Leather is a natural material; it lives, evolves, moves, softens with use, it is necessary to take care of it. Avoid friction with darker clothing and protect it from rain by waterproofing it.
How do I know if a piece of jewelry will come back in stock?
No worries, sign up to receive notification when the product is back in stock.
I can't find promo codes
Is it worth waiting for the sales? With us, no promotions on current collections, we prefer to offer you fair prices all year round and little surprises in your lovely orders.
Where are your jewelry made?
Our jewelry is made in our workshop in Hossegor using chains from French houses and stones from India.
Information on wearing and safety of children's jewelry
Our jewelry is suitable for adults with the exception of a few models specifically presented as children's models. However, the use of jewelry for a child under 3 years old must be subject to parental vigilance.
