CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS

For an implementation, we have a minimum of 40 pieces per order to ensure
great representation in your store. In fact, we have been working with 150 resellers for nearly 15 years, we are committed to creating long-term relationships.

If we come to work together, following your order, I will send you a confirmation, then I will wait for your payment to trigger delivery . For payment we have 2 options: transfer (bank details on the confirmation) OR check with collection date offset of 30 days.

DELIVERY AND PACKAGING

We deliver current collections with a manufacturing/delivery time of maximum 2 weeks .

All our creations are therefore delivered accompanied by their cotton bag , paper gift wrapping closed with a ribbon and cards explaining the virtues of the chosen stones . A maintenance advice card completes this packaging that you will receive for each reference ordered.

PACKAGING AND MERCH

You will also receive a guide which will allow you to familiarize yourself with fine stones . It will be useful to your customers to choose the stone that corresponds to their needs.

Stone Guide

Photos of the collection in postcard format will be provided to you, you can distribute them to your customers or keep them as merch. We also provide a kit of 2 A4 and A5 POS displays as well as a logo which explains that everything is made in France . However, we do not sell displays , but we source our supplies from a local craftswoman in Capbreton: Makkdesign, you can contact her directly. https://makkdesign.com
